Crown Cut Grain with Dramatic Character

18mm MR MDF: Moisture-resistant MDF is the go-to for kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities and laundry joinery. Its dense, uniform core machines cleanly, holds crisp edges and provides a stable base for hardware.
18mm FOSB (Fine Oriented Strand Board): FOSB offers excellent screw-holding strength and dimensional stability, well suited to structural joinery, shelving and commercial fit-outs. Both board types are manufactured to recognised engineered wood standards (EWPAA).
Both substrates are pressed with 0.5mm veneer to each side for balanced construction, helping the panel stay flat over time.

DGB Backing Option

Our prefinished American White Oak Dark panels are available with a DGB (Downgraded Back), where the reverse face carries a lower-grade oak veneer. For cabinetry carcasses, wall panelling and any application where only one face is visible, DGB delivers the same premium show face at a more economical price point, without compromising the balanced construction that keeps the panel stable.

Ultra-Matt Dark Finish
The ≤5% matt UV Polyacrylate finish is one of the lowest sheen levels available in prefinished board, giving the dark veneer a velvety, low-glare surface that hides fingerprints far better than gloss dark finishes.
